Really poor service when lodging a claim...
<p>It has now been 10 days since my vehicle was towed to SMD Sandton for assessment. The standard assessment time as quoted by Miway is 2 - 3 days. One of your claims agents just called me to let me know that the assessment will be done sometime this week... That would mean that the assessment alone has taken 2 weeks. Miway was apparently having issues with SMD Sandton as they haven't been allowing Miway to do the assessment so the customer suffers as a result. It is YOUR assessment centre. We URGENTLY need feedback so that we can prepare documentation and organise things. I am unable to get a hold of Sandile Gumede who is the allocated advisor for this claim. This is just really poor show from Miway. </p>

After the initial issue of having to wait a bit long for the assessment I was helped by Livhu Mutele who was really amazing!!! She helped me with everything I needed and let me know this morning that the monies were paid over for the written off vehicle :) I was so happy with the service that I got from Livhu and Miway that I have now added a brand new vehicle to my policy. I am very happy with Miway and will remain a loyal customer.
