Really going the extra mile
I got a quote for cheaper insurance by another company, with a excess of R1000 less than I currently had with MiWay. Lefa immediately spoke to his supervisors and they organised for me to pay a excess of a R1000 less than I was currently paying and also dropped my monthly premium by almost R100 per month! He really went out of his way to try and get me a better deal to have me stay with MiWay, so now I am staying with them.
