Really disappointed

My way happened to double debit me, I don't know why and one of the consultants explained that it was a system error and they will refund me but now my husband is sick I need to take him to the hospital with my medical aid but now I can't cause the funds got returned due to MiWay debuting me twice and messing up all my debit orders. I spoke to them and they said they will refund me today but now they sent an SMS saying in 48hours of which I can't wait for that long cause my hubby is ill and my medical aid can't offer me grace period. The sad part is that I was about to change to another car insurance and they begged me to stay with them but now I'm strunded and can't take my husband to the hospital due to their error. I'm really disappointed!
