Really annoyed by Miway

I'm really dissapointed with the way my cliam was handled...I got in to an accident in April and it is now June and Im still with out a car ...after an assessment on my claim was done I was told my car is taken to a panel beater in Boysens to my shock the penal beater it was taken to does not exist. I only found that out after a week my car was still sitting a the Miway yard. so my car is apparently in cresta and its been there for over 5 weeks and no feedback from Miway. I have been with Miway for almost 3 years and 1st time I claim this is what happens.
