Re: response on the investigation
28 December 2021 I got stuck at night with the kids in the car I called them as my insurance company, they said they will help me but I never received any help. The following day I called to find out what happened? I was not assisted the hole night with the small children. They just said to me we going to investigate then we'll call you back n they never did until now I'm still disappointed n heart broken about their service
