Re-Rate increase in premiums!

After receiving a disappointing email to state that my monthly premium was going up by almost 35% I contacted Miway to express my frustration with my re-rate. Mandisa gave me a call this afternoon to discuss the increase and assisted me in going through the policy with a fine tooth comb in order to come to a premium I would be comfortable with. After the call I was very pleased with the re-rate and the new premium. Mandisa was very professional and efficient in her call.
