Re-quote on my car insurance

Wow wow!!!! I phoned the call centre yesterday requesting a re-quote on my car insurance as I will be going on maternity leave in two months time. The first person to take my call was Tshepiso my word she has such a bubbly personality and as soon as I mentioned that I am pregnant she just became so excited for me and at some point I even forgot the reason for my call because we went on and on about the baby LOL!!! Then she transferred me to Maggie and the first thing that Maggie said was to congratulate me about the pregnancy then she gave me three different quotes and options to consider which was very impressive and I settled for the premiums which will see me saving about R150.00 which will go to the disposable nappies:). Thanks a lot to these two lovely ladies for the professional manner on how they handled my call and making me feel so special and not just like A Client. My last request: would the finance department allocate them a budget to plan my baby shower Maggie seems to know a thing or two about it. God Bless!!!
