RE: MIWAY CLAIM

I was caught up in a storm while driving and the floodwater swept me into the stream. It was a terrifying moment in my life. Called EMS but couldn't go through. Called MiWay insurance and spoke to Ayanda (didn't take her surname) and asked her to assist in calling EMS for me. Few minutes after I received a call from Ntokozo Mjokane. Both these guys made me feel like they were there inside my car in the middle of the ravaging water. They couldn't stop calling me to check if I was fine and assured me of the help they have arranged. Ntokozo also came to the scene to ensure that we are taken care of. After we were rescued they ensured that we were safe, Concerning the claim, they also assisted me until the claim was paid. I must say that those two were a blessing to me and an asset to MiWay. They made me feel like part of the family.
