Re-assuring voice on the other end of the line.

I called MiWay this morning because i have a pending claim since 29/04/2015 and its being going on due to the case number and A/R number that we had to wait for.From all this time i never had a pleasant and re-assuring voice than i did when i spoke to Andrew and Mpumi they called me back as promised and some how they dont make you feel awful for the fact that you claiming.I was referred to you by a friend of mine and from the moment i call everyone was so pleasant and they have a sense of urgency.And you are right accident do happen and i never thought it will happen to me that day.Andrew and Mpumi you are the best its not easy being in a contact centre and dealing with team members like you its refreshing.
