Rather avoid they don't pay claims

To say this is by far the worst insurance i have ever had is still putting it nice they are very quick to take your money but when you want to claim they find every and any excuse not to pay. For example i bought my current house 5 to 6 months ago and after one hell of a storm my whole roof came crashing down so i phoned on 25\11\2021 at about 7.30 after i got homes the to find this mess only to get told to move my stuff out of the water to make sure nothing else gets damaged and its not a emergence and should call back in the moring so i did as asked miway sent there Assessor out only on the 29\11\2021 and he did his thing the a contactor out on 30\11\2021. Yesterday i get a call they are not paying for the damages as its maintains problem how was i suppose to know about this problem after moving in only 5 or 6months ago i find this unfair to me as a client i pay my insurance every month for **** like this. I will be taking miway to the insurance ombudsman. I would just like to WARN EVERYONE looking for a new insurance or if the get a better offer to please rather not look at miway as if you read all there reviews you will see its not just me that's having this problem.
