R400 ****

I received a call from MiWay asking if they could give me an insurance quote on my vehicle. I was told if they couldn't beat my current insurance premium, they'd give me R400, all I'd have to do is email my current insurance schedule to MiWay. I spent ages on the phone before being transferred to a 'senior' consultant to present me with MiWay's offer. The quote was ridiculously high. When I said this, the consultant ended the call abruptly. A few days later, I received an email from MiWay, stating I didn't accept their quote, but could I rate their service. I enquired where I should send my schedule to claim my R400. No reply. This brings me to state: MiWay are *****, and dishonest. They cannot produce what they advertise, thus are guilty of false advertising too. I'm glad they aren't my insurance company.
