R400 or better your premium what a joke

<p>I was contacted more than a week ago by a consultant from Miway after confirming three times that I am not intrested, she confirmed that Miway will give me R400 if they cannot better my premium from my current insurer.</p> <p>After being o nthe phone for 45min the quote from Miway was more expensive, I was given a ref number P ********** 1 Mpho/Veerasamy, someone would contact me after I emailed my policy schedulre, after this I phoned 4 times everytime I was promist that someone would contact me about this R400 or better the policy, yesterday Mpho promist that her GM would contact me still waiting, WHAT A JOKE I SEE THIS A *****E, YOU HAVE ALL MY PERSONAL INFO THAT WAS ALL YOU EVER WHANTED.</p>
