R400 offer never paid

A few months ago I got a call from a MiWay staff member offering a quotation from an agent, and if they could not beat my current premium, they would pay me R400. I agreed to the quote and a few days later an agent called. He promised the quote would take no more than 15 minutes, however it took over 45 minutes. He could not beat my current quote despite going back and forth with his superiors and a few more time consuming calls. After all the back and forth and not being able to beat my premium he eventually gave up. However I have more received my R400 despite the agent saying he will follow up on this. I got a few more calls from MiWay agents offering me quotes but I mentioned that I’m waiting for the R400 from my quote and asked them to follow up - I have not heard back from any of them.

Please stop taking up peoples’ time and not keeping up to your promises MiWay. Very disappointing - and even if you could beat my quote in future I’d be hesitant to support a company with dishonest staff.
