R400 false promise

I was called my one of your consultants on Thursday to partake in the R400 challenge.

I took time out of my work queue to see if I can save money by doing the long quote with both junior and senior consultants from Miway but my current premium couldn't be matched or beaten after all the time spent on the phone.

Sootho (the senior consultant ) thanked me for my time and advised that I qualify for the R400 challenge since my premium couldn't be beat.

I emailed the schedule as requested but 7 days Later,no one has called me about my bank details to make good on the R400 promised.

I did expect such a reputable company to take me for a ride!
