R400 competition what a farce

I was contacted on 13/10 by an consultant, Derrick, stating he would like to do a quote and if they cant beat it, I will qualify for the R400 incentive, he stated this is an R400 promotion/competition, they couldn't beat it, and ask me to email my schedule to ********** , I emailed it on the the same day, since then no reply , acknowledgement , nothing, they guy said will receive the money in 7 working days. heard nothing, was this just a gimmick?

Hi I have since heard nothing about the R400, when I did the same challenge with Outsurance a few months ago they paid me without a hassle, what mi way is doing is ********* and wrong, you ask me to send my schedule , after almost 3 weeks a consultant call me, asking Mr Bux when can we activate your policy, I was like what.... they managed to dropped the quote from R1100 TO R575. I will never move to Mi way if this is how they do business. they just don't want to pay the R400
