R400 Challenge - No feedback

I was contacted by Miway on the 29th of September offering to beat my current insurance premium or pay me R400, My premium could not be beaten and i was asked to send through my schedule, i did so and its been 2 1/2 months and i have not received any feedback. Pathetic service. No feedback after 2 follow up emails.
