R400 challenge lies
I received a call from Shannon at Miway who offered to give me a free quote on my car and if they fail to beat my current car insurance then I will receive R400, "the R400.00" that's what they called it. At the end of the quote, they could not beat my current insurance and Shannon requested my current insurance schedule which contains my information. She then told me that an agent will contact me after 72 hours so I can get the R400.00. This was early last week and I am still waiting, after sending my personal documents, I am now being ignored. Awful service!!
