R400 Challenge is not a real offer

Hi I spent 25 minutes on the call to give the agent my details, even after they transferred the call to an advisor to quote they still had the incorrect information and referenced my previous car that they had from a previous quote done 2 years ago.<br> <br> The quoted received was higher than my existing quote with my current provider and I ensure we went through every detail on my schedule to ensure they had everything quote for on my schedule.<br> <br> I have emailed the schedule as proof and have not received a response, I am starting to think this offer is just a way to waste people's time, if you saying you get R400 to compare apples to apples then you must be prepared to back up your offer and not stay silent when things turn out that you need to pay out.
