R400 challenge false adverti*****t

A MiWay consultant called to offer me a competitive quote and stated if he did not beat my current premium, I will qualify for the R400 which is based on their R400 challenge.

MiWay offered me a monthly premium of R2300 for my Audi A1 whereas I'm currently paying about R1670 for my comprehensive insurance through Outsurance. I emailed my insurance schedule as proof of this fact. However, no one has contacted me from MiWay to discuss way forward.

MiWay consultants are not true to their word. I mean their current R400 challenge is a direct clone of Outsurance's R400 cash back promotion which started years back. If they can't maintain the challenge then they shouldn't waste our time calling during working hours to make promises that can't be met. Be true to statements published to the public.
