R400 challenge dispute

I don't believe Miway should be calling people offering them R400 challenge if they cannot beat your car insurance. I was called on 04/02 by Ricardo Naidoo for a quote on my car insurance and informing me of the R400 challenge currently running. I was not able to telephonically complete the quote as I had to go into a meeting and asked to be called back later. Rozanne called after 3pm same day asking if I was happy with the quote, when I informed her that I was not aware what the quote was she informed me it was R520.09 for my car only. Household contents was not included or even discussed. I followed up the following week to find out when will I be rewarded I was asked to email my existing policy schedule which was emailed 09/02 to ***. I followed up again on 16/02 and on 17/02 I was given another quote after doing the like by like review of my policy. This quote was less than what I am currently paying but the challenge was for car insurance and you still not able to beat it as last quote give was R408.11 and currently I am paying R365.59. After following up again when I will be paid out Ricardo Naidoo today 19/02 informs me I do not qualify for the challenge and he directs me the T & C which I was not aware. He was supposed to whatsapp me the recording as I am disputing this in our call and I am still waiting to hear from him or his manager. When contacted they should give full discloser and now that I am pressing MiWay to pay out the challenge I am getting resistance. Please look into this as they should not be contacting people if they cannot hold up their end.
