R400 back deal is not run honestly

They are running a campaign of beating other insurances, if they fail to do they claim to give R400. They gave me conditions of types of covers they can't beat like pay as you drive from Hollard. I then told them that I am insured by Hollard but my cover is not a pay as you drive. I agreed to be quoted by them. They failed to beat Hollard. Then I send them the schedule of my policy . They now refuse to pay the R400 because my cover is not a pay as you drive but it is a product of pay as you drive. That was not our initial agreement. They are changing words. My statement can be proved by their recording.
