R300 extra deducted for nothing
I was led to believe my premium that would be debited would be one amount. My debit order goes off and an extra R300 is deducted. No where in my documents or on the app does this R300 get mentioned.
I think you guys are complete ******* and *****ing my money doesnt sit well with me.
