R12000 Debit in ONE month

I have been struggling with Miway from the word go. <br> My debit amount is just below R1800 p/month. However Miway is taking more than double each month.<br> This month I received 3 debit orders for R6000, R4000 & R2200.<br> This ensured that more than 8 other debit orders were returned and charged (in excess of R1000 bank charges).<br> <br> After speaking to an agent (Nombuso) she informed me that the problem was sent to their technical team to resolve. Not 2 days later and another debit order was sent (again more than my monthly amount).<br> <br> Next I spoke to David, he actually emailed me back to say he received the proof and will revert.<br> It is now 4day later and I still no feedback from him.<br> <br> My advice, steer clear of MIWAY. Insurance THEIR WAY, the WRONG WAY.<br> <br>
