R1000 challenge from MiWay

I got a call from them telling me that if they cannot beat my current premium then they will give a R 1000 in cash. I accepted and listened to all that they could offer me. They got all my information and then also asked what I am currently paying. When I told them that I will give them that information after they tell me what they offer they were fine with that. Their quote was eventually more than what I am currently paying. I sent them my profile schedule as requested so that they can \compare apples with apples". Only after going through my profile schedule did they call me and tell me that they will drop the original amount. That is so ************. They could not give me the best price until they saw what i am currently paying. I will never sign with them because of their ********* business practice. """
