R1000 challenge, ALL LIES!!!!!

I recieved a call from one of Miway staff offering to beat the current premium I am paying for my vehicle insurance and if they cannot they will pay me a R1000 cash. I supp**** document as proof of the premium that my current insurer is offering me and its has been almost 2 weeks with no response from them.
