R1000 Challenge

So I took the time out of my day to get a quote from Miway with this R1000 challenge, I spent 38 minutes of my time with the impression that should they not be able to beat my current insurance which is R835 they will give me R1000. So basically what they do is they waste ur time by getting the quote and then they request ur policy schedule in order for them to beat what u have just so that they don't pay u, so what's the point of this challenge I ask because one thing I know is that they wasted my time and my resources, they're such ***** and the whole thing is in fact one big fat joke. I mean these people will stop at nothing to beat what u have so. They will ***** the system so that they don't deliver on what they have promised. Now they expect me to take up their insurance of R799 because they \beat"my current premium. They even went as far as not giving me an excess because my current insurance does not have an excess oh and the difference is a measly R36 to be exact. I'm so disappointed in this company. I would suggest no one dare waste their time and energy on this R1000 challenge."""
