R1000 Challange not paid out

MiWay Insurance called me Wednesday 20/05/2015 and asked me to take up the R1000 Challenge as to where if there premium is not less than my current then they will pay out R1000.<br> <br> After giving them all the details for the quotation they quoted me R1200 and odd.<br> <br> I then said I currently pay R600 and odd and sent them the proof of my policy.<br> <br> They called me today 25/05/2015 and informed me that they cannot pay out as Alexander Forbes offers low millage discount and they do not!<br> <br> It is not my problem that you don't offer benefits that other companies do!<br> <br> Don't claim that you can offer lower premiums or pay R1000 and then come with excuses!!!
