I called to take them up on the beat your quote offer, I spoke to a person that took down all my details (on a recorded line VERBATIM from my policy and he captured it. I were then put through to a (wait for it) Senior Executive Consultant, where he reconfirmed everything over again, then a ABSOLUTE BEST premium were quoted, I advised that they still did not beat my current premium, he confirmed on my recorded line that we he has EXHAUSTED any and all means for them to offer me something better and I were told to send my schedule through to them at [Email Removed] After following up, I were told that the Senior Executive Consultant spoke to his manager and they spoke to some one else too... etc. they now told me that information were captured incorrectly and values were changed, and they can offer me NOW all of a sudden a cheaper premium. I must confess in today's customer centric world, that this is horseplay and that they should honor their promise and pay me my R1000 they challenged me on. Come on Miway, Pay UP man.
