R1000.00 Challenge cannot be beaten

I requested a quote from MiWay to beat my current insurance premium, which they did but the excess payments were 4 times what I currently have. I then gave them the opportunity as per their terms and conditions to try and beat my premium on a like for like bases which the failed to do. The premium was lower but the excess was still higher, HIGHER EXCESS MEANS LOWER PREMIUMS, this means that on a like for like MiWay could not beat my current insurance premium and therefore owes me R1000.00 as per their challenge. I informed them of this, but they do not want to except this and have excuse after excuse not to pay the R1000.00. Why challenge people if you are not willing to pay them when you cant beat them!!!!!
