R100 extra bank charge because you debit my account before time.

Hi there.

I would like to know who must cover the R100 bank charge. We agreed on a debit for the 1st of every month, but now you debit on the 30th day before I get paid. I starting to think the email about blacks that was circulating around is true, coz you guys treat us like ****.
