R1,000 challenge - VERY ********* and misleading!

I heard of Miway`s R1,000 challenge -if they cannot beat my current car premium, they will give me a R1,000! <br> <br> Well,I called last week,was on the line with them for 37 minutes and 18 seconds (WOW that`s long to get a quote, being transferred 3 times).The first time they came back with a very high premium - I said that it is super high, my current premium is much lower, and that they must quote as low as they can. So I held the line, and they decreased my premium with R100.I asked if this was the lowest that they can go, which they confirmed. So I said,cool, I would like my R1,000,cause I`m still paying much less. <br> Had to mail my schedule as proof, which I did. They called back to say that they received my schedule,and that they reviewed my quote, and that they can make it R25 lower than my current premium with my current insurer.<br> <br> Seriously?!- Are they that desperate to not pay out the R1,000? - this after they were on the lowest low, and then after they see my schedule they miraculously make the premium lower...Makes you wonder how you can EVER trust Miway with anything right?<br> <br> PS -I am still to receive the low quote via email -wonder if the whole thing is not a hoax for business?
