R 400,00 Cash if premium not beaten - Incorrect Advertising

I got a call yesterday from an over eager sales person from Miway insurance (Which took a total of 25 minutes). After all the t's and c's I was told I qualify for a new promotion, if they did not beat my current premium I would get R 400.00 cash back. After a chat with "Goodness" I believe his name was, it was evident they could not beat my current premium after which he thanked me for the call and supposedly tried to end the conversation after I brought up the R 400.00. I was told I would get an email to reply to with my documents for them to verify however I am yet to receive an email. Don't get me wrong I am not writing this review for the R 400.00 but the false advertising... I hope to get a response on this
