R 400 to beat your existing insurance - i don't think so

I was contacted by a call centre agent to see if they could beat my existing premium on my insurance on my car. If they could not beat that they would give me R400.00. I agreed for them to go ahead with the quote. It was said it would take around 5 min but it was more like 30 minutes. The agent then handed the phone to a manager and we went through all questions, but it was originally for 1 car and when i said i had 2 they changed to 2 cars, which i did not mind. After going through all and the computer gave the quote, i mentioned that the amount was twice as much as i was paying at the moment, i then said to the agent that the amount she quoted me on, i was paying for a full comprehensive insurance at another company, House, cars, interior. She then wanted to change the quote and wanted to redo adding all of the other, just taking into account that i was contacted for premiums on my car. When i questioned her on this she said no she had to redo the quote to compare with my existing. I then said to her that they owed me R400 because they couldn't beat the price on my existing, and once again she wanted to redo the quote.

I am still wanting to know when i will get my R400 due to them not beating my existing
