Quote Failure

I did an on line quote last week but was unsure if I did it right so sent a callback request through rather, still waiting on someone to call. Today I have submitted 3 call back requests and nobody calls. If I try do a quote it tells me I have one already and must log in to view, when I try log in it tells me I do not have a profile, if I try register as a new user it tells me I already have a profile - *** - which is it then!!!!!!!!!!!!
