Quote done without my consent

Someone has committed ***** and broken the popi act because I have never given consent to miway to do a quote for me , i am very taken a back that my information has been used without my consent. I will await the feedback I have made contact and spoke to pravashnie and she has assisted with get the manager to be in contact in with me. I would really appreciate the call see what is going on whether ***** was committed by someone impersonating me or was the advisor just doing a quote without consent which is unacceptable!
