Quick response from Mzilikazi Khumalo on my follow up regarding my Claim. I appreciate his dedication and response upon receiving emails. Way to provide reassurance that they are working on processing it.

19 Apr 2024, 10:07Received a call with claim update and was informed the claims card with the funds to replace my Apple watch will be sent to me via courier. I confirmed the address on Tuesday and upon following up today (Friday) I was informed that it was not yet logged on the system.
This was the second time calling during the process to find that Kgomotso Gasa had not actioned what was discussed telephonically.
Even when Mzilikazi assisted, it was upon me following up and being informed that there were Toyota Yaris photos linked to my profile (I don’t own a Yaris, and the photos I had sent were for my Apple Watch)
It’s is both disappointing and unprofessional.
Especially when I ensure that I’m providing the requested details as and when they are requested.
Makes me reconsider my recommendation of MiWay to my friends and family.
It’s completely unacceptable.
This makes me reconsider the recommendation I have made to friends and family about MiWay.
As someone who is a working professional and has to deal with stakeholders, I find this unacceptable.
I am truly disappointed.
