Quick Response and Good service

<p>Thank you for developing the Miway app, it does help and being a person who doesn't like waiting on the phone for a consultant, I can just go to the app and connect with one of Miway's agents. Though Nothing man-made is perfect, the app gave me a few problems and cut me out while in conversation with Thobani Mahlaba who was of great assistance and even though the conversation cut us off while he was busy with a request I had, he sent through the email I requested. Going to twitter after the conversation was cut off on the 18/07/2017 I sent a DM which received a quick response and the matter was escalated quickly and Latisha Naidoo called me back and asked what the matter was and she clarified some other questions I still had on the shortfall cover that I never got a chance of asking, she also gave me ideas of how to not get cut out of the conversation via the app which I used today ad I got connect to Thobani Mahlaba again who was of great assistance with infomation on mirewards.</p>
