Quick and efficient service even during lockdown

I'm a new MiWay client and therefore had to take my car for inspection to be fully covered. I when to the closes inspection center and had the process completed at which point I was told by the inspection center that the will send the proof to MiWay. I contracted MiWay to confirm if they received it, I chated to one of MiWay's agents called Kitlano Cawe, who quickly checked it for me and confirmed that it was not received but then also gave me his personal email address at MiWay and asked me to send him the proof in order to get it loaded on their system. I sent him the proof on email and imitatively received a reply that it has been received and will be actioned.
