QUICK AND EFFICIENT SERVICE

Today on my way to work, driving my car, i felt that it does not perform the way I know it, it was a bit heavy on the pedals and could not catch on speed like it is supposed to. The more I drove it the worse it became to a point where it could not move at all. I got stuck on road, before I can reach my work. I called MiWay for roadside assistance. I was helped by Tumisang Kolwane, he was very quick in helping me. After I made that call, a few minutes later he called to check if I was okay and if the roadside assistance has arrived. I said not yet but they did give me a call. After they arrived, while we were on our way to dealership, he called again to check if all is well again. I felt safe and it made me happy. I felt important, thanks to Tumi. When i reached my office, he called again and i thanked him for outstanding service. Thank you Tumi for a wonderful service.
