Quick and Easy_Breakdown assistance
This morning I called in as the insured vehicle broke down on the side of the road.
Ntokozo Sibeko assisted me, he was really very helpful and while I was on the phone he linked me to a whatsapp chat so that I could send the pin location,the contact card of the person at the vehicle and delivery address. Within 5min I had the contact person of who was collecting my car. Afterwards I received a call to ensure that everything was fine
