Queton and Ewan really displayed a great understanding of why I needed my insurance and were exemplary in the way they handled my claim I’ve been anxious about how this claim would be dealt with and the impact on my premium because of the bad luck I’ve had with this car but they both listened and went above and beyond beyond the call of duty to help me I cannot stress enough how these gents are on the ball and worked in restoring my faith in my insurer Hope this message finds its way to their managers and the team takes notes on keeping a client informed with progress(we actually don’t want to complain about everything) Thanks gents
