Query on my premiums deduction

My query was professionally sorted out by Kgothatso and i believe if he had assisted me during my initial enquiry done a week before i wouldn't have wasted time going to query my bank on the matter. the 4 star rating is given not because of him but because of the persons that initially assisted him. otherwise he gets a 5 star rating.
