My claim was handled by Vongani Mashimbyi who handled my claim in the most efficient and professional manner. He was friendly and always kept me up to date with my claim which is the first I have experienced with an agent of an insurance. Give that man a bells and a promotion. This experience felt close to home. I was treated like family and NOT a client.
