I wanted to change my physical address and i called in and assisted by Sbahle Nkuna and after changing the address my premium was reduced after receiving the policy document I realised that my address was incorrect. I called back and assisted by Andile Hadebe and she assisted me and transferred me to Mpho Rabele. I was assisted and my premium was reduced further. I'm so happy with service rendered.
