Quality of service after accident no existant

My accident happened over a week and a half ago, had two phone calls and thats only because i phoned them and still no resolve as to how long before i can have my car back. informed them i was single mum and important and no compassion at all. there wasn't even a call after i logged tow truck (which obviously i had been in an accident) to ask if i was ok? will seriously consider changing my provider i am still waiting and seriously not happy
