I am beyond livid. I told your consultant when he gave me a policy that it's expensive, I later did a policy with Naked insurance that was favorable. You attempt to collect your pro-rata I returned the debit order, you did a second debit I reversed it. You then on the 21st Jan 2022 you now debit,firstly on a date that wasn't my debit order date. You somehow find away to inconvenience a person by doing a debit order mandate so that I cannot reverse. Who gave you permission to do that ? You never sent request to me to accept the mandate. Someone has to be accountable because this is not treating your customers fairly.
