Putrid service from Miway and you don’t count to them other than paying your monthly premium

I am still trying to get a response from Miway regarding my excess that I paid due to a drunk driver, I spoke to a zandile if I remember the name on the 9th of June, half the time she went quiet or didn’t have any answers except telling me it’s eight the lawyers and she would email them, up until now I haven’t heard anything back, I even called them again yesterday and the guy I spoke to said he will email the manager in miway and guess what, nothing back from them, they are quick to take your money but after that you are nothing to them, they are putrid in their service what a disgrace
