Put in a claim for a side window in Oct. Glasfit keeps saying dont know EtA for window as other clients are waiting since August. They further informed me that I might only get helped in the new year. I informed insurance that Maverick Panel and Paint has this window and requested if they can fix it as I cannot use the vehicle with no window. I was informed that you will get back to me - still waiting 6 weeks later. Been trying now for 2 weeks to get hold of Nhlanhla Nkosi or Beucannon Williams - no joy whatsoever. How do i get around in December with a car with now window. I want to place on record that should something happen, God forbid, I will hold Miway responsible for any loss incurred.
