Purposeful negligence and refusal to cooperate.

One of their clients drove into my wife, 2 months ago, and we are still trying to get them to fix our car.

Their client was driving with foggy windows on the wrong side of the road and drove head-on into my wife. They admitted fault, on record with the police, and after two months of us trying to get in contact with them and waiting for them to do their reviews and approvals we still haven't had any luck.

Two weeks ago one of their employees said that the claim needed to be approved by management and hasn't responded to us since. We tried contacting today and she's on leave. Call in and they say that we now need to speak with a different employee. I had previously asked to speak with a supervisor or manager and was told that that won't be possible because they do not answer calls.

This same company has since called me many times trying to sell me insurance. If I could give a lower rating I would.

On June 20th, I received a call from a lovely lady who said a manager would be contacting me within the same day to help resolve the issue. I haven't heard from them since. Two hours ago we received contact from the original person that we've been in contact with and she says that we are 25% liable because my wife could have swerved out of the way. If I could add images of the scene here it would be clear that there was no space for this as their client was cutting a corner, driving on the wrong side of the road, and collided head-on with my wife. But it gets worse. After two months and making us cart the car, which isn't drivable, from one panel beater to another they have now made a disgusting offer of 25% of the damages. The cheapest panel beater quote that we were able to get was around 80k, they have offered 20k based on their assessment. They have never seen the car and the assessment that they provided has missing parts that need to be replaced.
These companies are always trying to ******* the poor and I am not going to leave it as is.
