03 Jun 2026, 15:13I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from MiWay Insurance regarding my recent claim.
I have been insured with MiWay for nine (9) years, and in all that time I have never waited six days for a claim to be finalised. Despite the claim being authorised, it is still not paid out, which has left me unable to proceed with urgent vehicle repairs.
I submitted all required documentation timeously and followed up repeatedly, yet the matter continues to drag on. This level of service is well below the standard I have come to expect from MiWay, especially as a long-standing customer.
The delays have caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and I am highly dissatisfied with how this claim has been handled.
I expect:
Urgent payment of the authorised amount
An explanation for the unacceptable delays
At this stage, I am seriously questioning the value of the service I am paying for.
